Mr. Nguyễn Minh Tiến is pursuing a master's degree in Theatre and Dance (concentration in Performance Studies) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a master’s degree in History at the University of Edinburgh. He earned two bachelor’s degrees: one in art and media studies from Fulbright University Viet Nam and the other in literature from University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. Tiến aims to become a research-based artist. He currently creates critically engaged art projects that represent his interdisciplinary interests in modern and contemporary art, post-colonial and globalized youth identities, modern and folk Vietnamese music, and fashion studies.
